I can now say I have kept my New Years Resolution. I have been working out at least 4 days of 7. 20 minutes of cardio 20 minutes of weights. I have replaced my office chair with an exercise ball and I called and got that part for my treadmill. Guess what? I feel great. I didn't do it to lose weight-but to fel better-mission accomplished. But that last 5 pounds...oh well!
