While flipping around the Sundance On Demand cable channels a few weeks ago , I came across Elvis Costello's "Spectacle," a show in which he interviews and plays with other major artists. What a great program! The success of a show like this is all dependant on the host, and in the few episodes I've seen, Elvis does a great job bringing the best out of his guests.
They recently taped the final installment of "Spectacle," in which Elvis' guest was Bruce Springsteen. The normal 2 1/2 hour recording turned into a 5 hour Bruce fest! Check out the details in this NY Daily News article. Can't wait to see it!
