Hopefully you’ve at least thought about starting to get all your tax info together. I’m one of those who is kind of anal about it, keeping running tax lists throughout the year, and have already sent everything to my tax person. (Don’t hate me for it, emulate me!)
Kiplinger.com has a great slideshow that may save you some money. Years ago, the fellow who was running the IRS at the time told Kiplinger's Personal Finance magazine that he figured millions of taxpayers overpaid their taxes every year by overlooking just one of the money-savers listed here.
