While the Bills cutting Ryan Fitzpatrick yesterday was not unexpected and a good football move, it is sad that our city will be losing a great family. Too bad Ryan wasn’t more successful, he’s the kind of guy the fans in Buffalo are rooting for, as written by Jerry Sullivan in The Buffalo News. It was also well chronicled by Ryan’s wife Liza when we chatted with her just before Thanksgiving last year on The Better Half Of The Bills. It’s a good re-listen, especially taken in the context of Ryan no longer being on the team.
