* CLARIFICATIONS/EXCEPTIONS:
1) No Repeat Workday Guarantee valid only between January 1 and May 21, 2010.
2) Certain internet-only features are exempt from the No Repeat Guarantee. Some features that air only on our internet stream may contain songs or pieces of songs, and are scheduled by a third-party. Since we have no control over when or how often these features play online, any songs contained therein are exempt from this contest.
3) Entire songs must play - portions or snippets of songs contained in commercial or promotional material do not qualify for contest.
4) Weekend and holiday repeats are exempt - actual workdays 9am to 5pm only apply.

6) Only the first caller at 716-644-1025 may receive the $1000 prize, and only after/if the same song by the same artist is repeated between 9am and 5pm on a weekday, i.e. Monday-Friday, non-holiday.
7) In certain rare circumstances, if a song should start before 9:00am but end after 9:00am, that song would be considered exempt from the No Repeat Workday Guarantee. The officially recognized tie-breaker is the online playlist featured at http://mystar1025.com; specifically, http://www.tunegenie.com/onair/wtss/ which electronically monitors the actual songs that play on Star 102.5 (WTSS-FM) with a timestamp function. If a song is listed as being played after 9:00am, or within the 9am hour, and repeated before 5:00pm on a weekday, the first correct caller at 716-644-1025 will be awarded $1,000.
8) Decisions by WTSS Station management are final.
